Company Production Control in CDA

We are proud to announce that in August 2010 CDA was awarded a Certificate of Company Production Control according to the 2+ system, issued by the Certification Centre of the Construction Technology Institute.
Company production control is a term used ever more frequently in the media, professional press and even daily press. The term is closely connected with the construction sector and more precisely with the manufacturing of construction products.
Where does the need to implement the system originate? In recent years the Polish technical and legal system adjusted to the regulations applicable in the European Union under Directive 89/106/EEC. The main aim of the European Union is the creation of a uniform market and elimination of all restrictions in trading, among them legal restrictions arising from the diversity of regulations in the EU member states.
What is company production control? This means that a manufacturer applies an internal production control. Implementation of the system aims to ensure stability in the production and attainment of product features compliant with technical specifications.
Company Production Control activities include:
a) examination of raw materials and components of production;
b) checks and examinations conducted during production at an agreed frequency;
c) checks and examinations conducted on final products at the agreed frequency indicated in the technical specifications.
The system is subject to certification by the ITB, which, before issuing the above mentioned certificate, conducts an audit of the production plant and Company Production Control, verifying the compliance of this system with the relevant standards and technical approval requirements.
AThe audit conducted at CDA was completed with a positive result, thereby giving the company the right to apply the B construction product marking to its Spider, Magtec and Torin product series and to issue a national declaration of conformity for these products.
